Clark International Airport provides flyers with more travel ease and options with Cebu Pacific’s offering of more local and international flights at Clark.

Building up its role as a premier gateway to the world, CRK hosts the expansion of Cebu Pacific’s hub with new and increased flights to 15 local and international destinations.

Launched in April were ten new Cebu Pacific flights, from CRK to Bacolod, Boracay, Davao, Iloilo, General Santos, Bangkok, Hong Kong, Singapore, Macau and Taipei.

Set for launch from May to June, 2023 are Cebu Pacific flights from CRK to Incheon, Cagayan de Oro, Narita and Puerto Princesa.

In its announcement on this expansion, Cebu Pacific stated there are three additional aircraft which are now based in Clark. “These are on top of the 10 new Airbus NEO aircraft that will be delivered in 2023 to expand the airline’s fleet,” the statement said.

Special rites were held at CRK last April 21 to mark the launch of the new routes and the increase in frequency of existing routes, aimed at giving more flexibility to passengers who desire to travel at different times of the day.

Joining the successful launch were Department of Tourism (DOT) Undersecretary Caloy Jumapao, DOT Regional Directors, Bases Conversion and Development Authority Chairman Delfin Lorenzana, BCDA President and CEO Aileen Zosa, CIAC President and CEO Jake Bingcang.

Accompanying them were Cebu Pacific President and Chief Commercial Officer Xander Lao, Cebu Pacific Chief Corporate Affairs Officers Michael Shau, Cebu Pacific Chief Marketing and Customer Experience Officer Candice Iyog.

“The launch of additional flights from Clark today is a fulfillment of Cebu Pacific’s objective to help every Juan travel more conveniently and frequently,” said Cebu Pacific President and CEO Xander Lao. “We hope that this expansion will give the traveling public more opportunities to explore the Philippines and the rest of the world.”

The launch of these new flights demonstrates Cebu Pacific’s affirmation of CRK as an important gateway for local and international travelers.

President and Chief Executive Officer of Luzon International Premiere Airport Development (LIPAD) Noel Manankil pledged support for Cebu Pacific’s efforts to grow their operations from its CRK hub.

“Clark International Airport and Cebu Pacific are working closely with each other to ensure a seamless experience for travelers,” Manankil said. “Our brand new terminal is ready to welcome Cebu Pacific passengers travelling to and from the best domestic and international destinations and serve as the window to the Philippines, for visitors coming from different parts of the world.”

LIPAD is the private consortium that manages Clark International Airport.
