The Grand Food Tasting event was held at the lawn, a beautiful garden area of The Henry Hotel Manila, showcasing Apartment 1B’s commitment to providing an exceptional dining experience that blends international flavors with local realities and practices. Guests savored an unforgettable evening, exploring a diverse array of dishes meticulously curated by the talented chefs and kitchen staff of Apartment 1B.
Together with homegrown brands making a mark on the international food and beverage scene, the evening demonstrated the Philippines’ ability to take global culinary trends and adapt them to local tastes and preferences.
The event was sponsored by Kriegers, an upcoming Filipino deli brand known for its innovative take on sausages and cold cuts, and Elias, an award-winning Filipino beer recognized as the best beer in Asia. European Wines by Happy Living and Concha y Toro provided a selection of wines from around the world to complement the international culinary journey.
