From 6 pm to 10 pm only on Friday nights in the fashionable cabanas, patio, and bar, Nobu Manila’s happy hour stirs an enlivening experience that makes the hip hangout the hottest outdoor sundown session. Whether to cap a busy week or ease into the weekend with friends and family, Friday night revelers will see how the world-renowned Nobu classics become an even more coveted gastronomic tour de force.
Yellowtail Sashimi with Jalapeño, Nobu tacos, Rock Shrimp Tempura; Black Cod Butter Lettuce, Sushi Ocean 8 and other premium sushi, sashimi, nigiri, and maki; an array of kushiyaki or grilled and skewered meat and vegetables served with Nobu signature sauces, along with the Miso Cappuccino and Nobu Halo Halo, all convey “kokoro”, Chef Nobu’s service trademark that means “from the heart”.
Nobu’s handcrafted cocktails, signature sake, wine, beer, liquor, and mocktails merit equal attention at the incredible Chill-Out nights, alongside premium spirits such as top brewery Hokusetsu Sake and Nobu’s signature sake like Ginjo Nigori, Nobu Soju, Nobu Junmai Daiginjo ‘The Sake’; and Nobu Special Reserve.
