PLDT wireless unit Smart Communications, Inc. (Smart) has teamed up with SM Advantage Card (SMAC) to make customers’ shopping experience more rewarding.
From August 15 to October 15, 2023, shoppers who purchase Rocket SIM 199, Rocket SIM 699, Smart Bro Pocket WiFi LTE-A, and Smart P500 load cards can get corresponding SMAC points.
“We are very happy to provide more reasons for our customers to choose Smart by giving them more added value through this partnership with SM,” said Melvin C. Nubla, FVP and Head of Go-To-Market and Subscriber Management at Smart.
Upon availing of the participating product, customers will be provided a voucher code for them to upload via the SMAC app or through the website to get the points. SMAC points can be used to purchase other items from the SM Store when shopping in the mall.

Smart has also made Mobile Number Portability (MNP) a lot easier for customers wanting to move networks. Subscribers from other telco providers can now make the Smart move and experience the fastest network from Smart without changing their number via MNP.
