How else should a first-anniversary celebration be with a prime Philippine gateway but be spent with “global Pinoys”.
Clark International Airport (CRK) recently marked a year by moving into a sprawling, new terminal in Pampanga. It linked up with media network GMA-7 in staging a show at CRK to present to global Filipino audiences the airport’s aesthetic design and modern features to make travel hassle-free.
The network’s Global Pinoy Caravan was dedicated to OFWs who face many challenges in their chosen paths and who deserve the best for their travels to the Philippines and from their host countries.
The show was broadcast over GMA Pinoy TV and GMA Live TV and featured “Abot-Kamay na Pangarap” stars Jilian Ward and Carmina Villaroel, as well as Voltes V: Legacy’s Big Bert Matt Lozano.
CRK’s expansive departure lobby served as a sitting space for the show’s live audience who saw the show’s stage with the view of the terminal’s artfully propped-up ceiling with skylights.
CRK provides travelers with ease through a growing roster of domestic and international flights by 15 airlines including Cebu Pacific Air, EVA Air, Air Busan, Fly Gangwon, Jin Air, Jeju Air, Philippine Airlines, PAL Express, Philippines AirAsia, Qatar Airways, Emirates, Jetstar and Scoot, Sunlight Air, and AirSWIFT.
Recently launching new routes, Cebu Pacific’s CRK hub now operates 13 international and domestic routes.
CRK currently covers 9 domestic and 10 international destinations and services 186 weekly flights.
Since May, 2022, CRK’s serviced all flights at the new terminal with a capacity of 8 million passengers annually. CRK is managed and operated by the Luzon Premier Airport Development Corp.
