The newest intimate nook located within the concrete jungle in the metro, located in Salcedo, Makati has recently announced its Tasting Menu that will be held during Sundays.
Golden Gibbon is an upscale dining restaurant that opened just last January 2023. Its cuisine focuses on South East Asian fusion with cocktail pairings that will surely blow diner’s minds away. What makes it even more interesting are meals that are sustainably sourced! And not just that, a portion of the restaurant’s earnings goes to reforestation programs and Gibbon rehabilitation services across the South East Asian region.
3 months after the restaurant’s opening, Golden Gibbon announced its special event, a 9-course Special Degustation Menu, happening regularly every Sunday. The 9-course tasting menu includes tummy-filling appetizers, entrees, a dessert, and a bonus complimentary drink. It includes some of the restaurant’s best-selling viands like Betel Goong, Sii Krong, and Ayam Hitam Laksa. The first Sunday special will be held on April 16, 2023, exclusively for 16 pax only. Make sure to secure a seat to experience the mouth-watering flavors of the orient, all at once and at a sensible price! Sustainable and satiating.
