The sound of laughter and joy echoed through the neighborhood as over a hundred children from the local outdoor basketball court of Barangay Fort Bonifacio gathered recently to receive a special surprise from iNova Pharma Philippines, Inc.
The kids were greeted with an entertaining magic and puppet show courtesy of iNova Pharmaceuticals. iNova Pharma Philippines, Inc Managing Director Jason Carroll swooped in like Santa Claus to hand out presents to the kids at the end of the show.
Lighting up faces, an annual tradition
“Seeing their faces light up with delight like that reminds us of the importance of giving and sharing in our communities,” said Carroll. “We are so grateful for the opportunity to give back.”
The company has been carrying out its annual tradition of gifting children in the community for Christmas since 2019. Each year, the company donates presents and toys to children in need, providing a memorable holiday experience for those who might not otherwise have one.
Due to the pandemic, the event was suspended for safety reasons. This year, the company was able to revive the tradition and was once again able to spread some holiday cheer to the community’s kids.
Thanks to the combined efforts of iNova Pharma Philippines, Inc. and the local leaders of Barangay Fort Bonifacio, the event gave kids in the community a memorable day of fun and Christmas cheer.
