Legato Health Technologies Philippines, Inc., Healthcare management services and solutions company announced on January 30, 2023, it’s rebranding to Carelon Global Solutions, a new health services brand focused on solving healthcare’s most complex problems.
Over the years, Legato Health Technologies made its mark for specializing in digital tools to streamline business operations for healthcare organizations. The company first established itself in the Philippines in 2018. Since then, it has expanded to four offices in the country, two of which are in Manila while the other two are in Iloilo. Helping support the operations in the country is the strong local workforce of nearly 7,000 diverse and highly skilled talents with deep expertise in healthcare operations.
Carelon Chief Operating Officer and Carelon Global Solutions President Rajat Puri reassure their stakeholders and employees that as the company transitions to Carelon Global Solutions, they can expect more promising things to come. He elaborated, “Aligned with the company’s objectives, Carelon manages and optimizes operational processes for health plans and providers alike. Through collaborative partnerships, digital solutions, and connected experiences, Carelon Global Solutions simplifies complex operational processes to improve the health of the healthcare system.”

Nora Terrado, Country Head of Carelon Global Solutions Philippines also clarified that there will be no changes in the services and operations of the company, noting, “Business processes are expected to remain the same for Carelon’s Filipino employees.
