Ninja Van Philippines revamps Ninja Rewards to support shipper growth

Aiming to support its partner shippers’ growth, tech-enabled logistics company Ninja Van Philippines has beefed up its loyalty program Ninja Rewards with new business solutions and other exclusive perks.

Under the new Ninja Rewards, qualified shippers can use their loyalty points to redeem business solutions as an exclusive perk. These business solutions comprise an array of logistics and supply chain support services geared towards improving shippers’ business processes and operations.

On top of rebates, shippers can use their Rewards points to avail of free storage in the Ninja Fulfillment facility – giving them free access to secure warehousing that is seamlessly integrated into Ninja Van Philippines’ last-mile logistics services. Shippers can also get a free subscription to Seller Wizard, an all-in-one inventory management system compatible with many e-commerce selling platforms, such as Lazada, Shopee, and TikTok Shop.

“While our primary service remains to be our logistics solutions, we always try to find ways to supercharge shippers’ businesses through other value-added services. We see ourselves as our shippers’ business partner, so we strive to provide them with additional perks that make growing their business with us even more enjoyable and rewarding,” shared Chief Commercial Officer Sabina Lopez-Vergara.

Another business solution Ninja Van shippers may also get as a reward is a Canva subscription to further support their own creative and marketing efforts for their businesses.

As a holistic loyalty program, Ninja Rewards also includes special leisure offers such as travel and shopping vouchers, staycation packages, and gadgets from both android and Apple products. Ninja Van Philippines adopts a collaborative approach in ensuring its shippers get the most out of the Ninja Rewards program. Each shipper is encouraged to identify the reward categories they want to aim for. This allows Ninja Van Philippines to regularly update shippers on the parcels and points they still need to be able to claim rewards in their preferred category.

Ninja Rewards does not require any membership fee and is free for every Ninja Dash shipper. Ninja Dash is a flexible postpaid shipping solution, providing reliable B2B services that help ecommerce businesses grow.
