Laguna-based property developer P.A. Alvarez Properties and Development Corporation (P.A. Properties) strengthens its relationship with the communities in Southern Luzon particularly in areas where their projects are located.

Through the Pelagio A. Alvarez Foundation, Inc. (PAAFI), which was established in 2010, P.A Properties launched various initiatives supporting communities in and around its developments.

“We care for the people living outside our projects as much as we value and care for the residents in our built communities. It is part of our culture to always give back and support our neighbors. Through our regular activities, P.A Properties is able to build and develop lasting relationships with the people who welcomed us and our projects in their localities,” said P.A. Properties CEO and President Atty. Marianne Reyna Lina-Cruz.

In Cittadini School San Pedro, underprivileged communities are served warm and healthy meals through PAAFI’s monthly feeding program. P.A Properties’ employees and volunteers have been conducting this activity since February 2018.

The company also arranges annual outreach programs such as the Pamaskong Handog led by PAAFI, P.A. Properties, and P.A. Properties-Hankyu Hanshin. Every December, executives, employees, and volunteers gather children and families in identified localities for a feeding program and gift-giving activity.

“Along with our mission of helping reduce the housing backlog in the Philippines, we at P.A. Properties recognize our role in driving opportunities and growth in the countryside. Building relationships and celebrating the people and residents within and outside our development projects are instrumental in this role,” Lina-Cruz added.
