Alternative rock band Point North keeps it real with a vulnerable new anthem, “Psycho”. The song was penned about vocalist Jon Lundin’s own personal experience battling with mental health issues, and panic attacks, and how those closest to him center him through tumultuous times.

The band added a chromatic verse progression and incorporated more instrumentation and production elements that really emphasized the ‘panic’ element, and it’s a track of solidarity for anyone who has experienced panic attacks themselves.

The track arrives ahead of their sophomore studio album, ‘Prepare For Despair‘, due out on 18 August.
