Another milestone was achieved by the residential division of Robinsons Land, as RLC Residences took home four awards for its projects and home offerings at the recently concluded The Outlook 2023: Philippine Real Estate Awards.
Held at Shangri-la The Fort last September 21, the brand’s newly launched development Mantawi Residences won the Best Premium Condominium – Visayas and Mindanao – a four-tower upscale project located along Ouano Avenue in Mandaue City, Cebu. Significantly, the luxury project The Residences at The Westin Manila in Ortigas was recognized as the Best Wellness-Focused Development of the Year in recognition of its amenities and facilities inspired by Westin’s 6 Pillars of Well-Being.

Additionally, it also got the Silver Award for Best Developer – Visayas and Mindanao category.
