If you’ve been enjoying the public affairs show “Dear SV” on CNN Philippines, there’s going to be a 3rd season coming according to Congressman Sam Verzosa Jr.. The successful businessman, CEO, and Founder of Frontrow International, and lawmaker under the Tutok To Win partylist (that represents the urban poor, youth, and elderly) has just announced the start of the third installment this coming September. Featuring the stories of inspiring individuals and find a way to help them in ways he can. This is a tribute to his Dad who always believes in “Helping the helpless” which he wants to continue especially for those who belong to the marginalized sectors of the community.
Congressman Sam Verzosa says “I am proud of this show because despite our kababayans current conditions, they continue to fight and manage to still make a living. These are just some of the people whom we chose to help in Season 2. I’ll start on my birthday month by doing a fundraiser, we are auctioning a Maserati sports car to help “I want to help foundation” and we will continue to help them. Please be there on September 15 for the biggest fundraiser. In November we will also be doing a fun run, and by the end of this year we will have 3 new dialysis centers to help with patients undergoing hardships. I hope this would help, and we have plans to do more in Visayas and Mindanao, plus some schools we plan to build in the near future.”
Recently, the show also featured a few of his celebrity friends like Marco Gumabao, Fil Am rapper Apl De Ap, and a long list of people who want to take their turn to help others, to hopefully change their lives. The 3rd season will also include like-minded individuals, so make sure you watch the upcoming episodes every Saturday at 7:30 PM with replays on Sundays around the same time. This is exclusively shown on CNN Philippines, but will also be uploaded on social channels after a few days.
