“Nagulat ako. Tatlong iba-ibang babae na iba-iba ang backgrounds at mga journey. Pero pare-parehong may matitinding pinagdaanan. At lahat sila ngayon desidido na mas mahalin ang sarili,” Korina Sanchez-Roxas says about her latest conversations on her NET25 show Korina Interviews.
The romantic comedy GoodWill, which also airs on NET 25 every Sunday right before Korina Interviews, has levelled up and has new characters and cast including actresses Samantha Lopez, Regine Angeles, and Meg Imperial.
Meg admitted to allowing herself to be dictated on financially all her life since childhood.
“Kailan ko lang kinuwestyon at dinesisyon, na ako naman. Kelan lang ako nakapag-swipe ng credit card ko para sa sarili ko,”reveals a teary eyed Meg who soon smiles.
Regine went through a bad case of postpartum depression after her firstborn child.
“Parati ako umiiyak nang walang dahilan, napakahirap. Pero nilabanan ko and back to work ako nung may vaccine na, and I discovered I have to keep doing what I love to do,” beams a triumphant Regine.
Sam Lopez was living the life on Park Avenue in New York as Mrs. Warren Edwards. But she was very unhappy.
“Hindi lahat ay nabibili ng kayamanan. One day I just said I have to be free to be the real me. I worked on my own and now I have my life back however simple it is, basta masaya and may peace of mind,” says Sam.
The girls had a great time while Korina visited on location in Club Balai Isabel in Batangas, right by Taal Lake — the beautiful setting of GoodWill that is currently on its second season.
Watch this Sunday’s Korina Interviews with the girls of GoodWill and learn more about how to take back control of your life this Sunday, June 18, at 5:00 pm on NET25.
