Sheraton Manila Bay teased a sneak peek of the signature culinary and cocktail offerings of its upcoming all-day dining restaurant with a one-night-only event entitled “Sunrise: A Prelude to Manila Bay Kitchen” in partnership with Bacardi held at &More by Sheraton.
Taking inspiration from the concept of sunrise as a symbol of birth, growth, and new beginnings. The event offers a glimpse and taste of Manila’s newest, premier culinary destination to be, similar to how the beauty of Manila Bay sunrise offers a preview of its world-famous magnificent sunset.
Guests, gourmands, and media partners delight in bespoke cocktails and mocktails including Manila Bay Kitchen’s signature Bay Side, Purple Sham, Peach Mango Freeze, and Sky Gil Fizz made of Bacardi White. While the hotel’s culinary team showcases an extensive spread of Manila Bay Kitchen’s signature cuisine which includes Pork Adobo Arancini, Braised Octopus, Unagi Roll, Salmon and Beetroot Tartine, Pork Kurobuta, Cajun Chicken and Salami Pizza, Wagyu Beef Slider, Lamb Kebab with Cucumber Yoghurt, and delectable desserts such as Affogato Cake, Passion Fruit Temptation, and Chocolate Decadence Cake Upping the ante, the Sunrise event also features the masterpieces of the renowned Blanco Family Museum from Angono, the Art capital of the Philippines. The “Colors of Dawn” exhibition featured select artworks of Jan Perez Blanco, Justin Blanco, and Lemuel Blanco representing three generations of artists all hailing from the late Folk muralist and National Artist Nominee Jose “Pitok” Blanco.
