City of Dreams Manila is again the recipient of two 2024 international awards for being named in the Top 10 Best Integrated Resorts at Travel + Leisure’s Luxury Awards Asia Pacific and recognized among the Top 10% worldwide at Tripadvisor’s Travelers’ Choice Award for earning the highest ratings in customer service.

The luxury resort ranked eighth in the 10 Best Integrated Resorts at the Travel + Leisure Luxury Awards Asia Pacific, among other property winners in the Philippines, Australia, Macau, Singapore, and Vietnam. The awards are conferred by the top and long-trusted T+L Southeast Asia, a respected resource in the region for luxury travel among foodies, hotel, adventurers, and wellness enthusiasts. The Best Integrated Resorts Award aims to put the spotlight on places and people that make the Asia Pacific region the leading destination of choice for hospitality. Nominees of the Travel + Leisure’s Luxury Awards Asia Pacific 2024 were selected by the renowned travel publication’s editors and expert contributors across Asia Pacific. Winners are determined through public voting worldwide.
Tripadvisor Travelers’ Choice Award 2024
City of Dreams Manila’s streak of accolades continues with Tripadvisor’s Travelers’ Choice Award 2024 as among the top 10% in the worldwide list of properties that consistently earned great reviews and ratings over a 12-month period. Considered the world’s largest travel guidance platform, Tripadvisor honors select accommodations, attractions and restaurants that consistently demonstrate a commitment to hospitality excellence through the annual Traveler’s Choice Award.

Over the years, the 6.2-hectare luxury integrated resort has been known for melding luxury with warm hospitality and sustainability. With this commitment, City of Dreams Manila has been recognized by Forbes Travel Guide (FTG) with Five and Four-Star Ratings from 2018 to 2024 for its three luxury hotels and spa, Nüwa Manila and Nüwa Spa, Nobu Hotel, and the Hyatt Regency Manila, City of Dreams. The globally recognized rating system for luxury hotels, restaurants, and spas also named the property as one of only three Finalists globally at the FTG Responsible Hospitality Award 2023 for its outstanding level of commitment to sustainable practices at the luxury level, and as the winner of the FTG Work Here, Work Happy Award 2022, for fostering colleagues’ professional growth and work-life balance.
City of Dreams Manila was also named World’s Leading Casino Resort from 2020 to 2023, and World’s Leading Fully Integrated Resort in 2023, by World Travel Awards, while its three hotels are each a recipient of the 2022-2024 ASEAN Green Hotel Award for upholding sustainable tourism.
The resort is also the first and only property in the country recognized with RG Check in 2021-2024 for its social advocacy of safeguarding the welfare of gaming patrons through its Responsible Gaming program. The RG Check, achieved through the accreditation by Melco Resorts & Entertainment Limited for its properties in all its jurisdictions of operations, is given by the Responsible Gambling Council, an independent non-profit organization dedicated to problem gambling prevention globally, for 40 years.
