Epson, a global leader in professional printing, is pleased to announce its SC-P5330 printer has clinched the prestigious 2024 TIPA Award for Best Professional Photo Printer, which honors photo and imaging products across various categories.
The selection of winning products underwent a rigorous process from nomination, testing, and comparison, before being subjected to final voting by a panel of representatives from worldwide publications. This thorough process highlights the credibility of the award won by the SC-P5330 – a benchmark of excellence in the photo printing industry.
TIPA – the Technical Image Press Association – commended the SC-P5330 for its ability to meet the high demands of professional photographers and fine-art users. With Epson’s Micro Piezo® printhead, the SC-P5330 offers consistent, professional-grade photographic reproduction. Epson’s Precision Dot Screening Technology, combined with the UltraChrome™ PRO 10 ink – which now includes a new violet ink – expands the color gamut and enables enhanced print quality.
The SC-P5330 is also equipped with dedicated Photo Black and Matte Black ink channels, where the type of black ink used is selected automatically based on the media type. This allows for instant Black Ink switching, boosting print speed and optimising ink usage for increased productivity.
