Advertising and marketing solutions firm FCB Manila announced the appointment of multi-awarded Jenny Nadong as its new Chief Creative Officer beginning January 4, 2024. Nadong brings with her decades of experience leading campaigns for top brands in the FMCG, telco, real estate, travel, and banking industries.
Nadong joined FCB Manila to reinforce the Agency’s pool of creative talents with a strategic point of view to sharpen creative output, beginning with streamlining processes, internal dynamics, and relationships that will lead them to fortune, culture, and fame.
“It will be a year of reboot and refresh for FCB Manila’s creative team — spirit-wise, work-wise, anchored on true integrated marketing thinking and discipline and guided by our ‘never finished’ mantra,” Nadong shared.
Nadong added that she intends to lead the FCB creative team with eyes wide open to current situations that affect the Philippine advertising industry. “Geopolitics and a growing search for meaning and purpose impact marketing and communication. We are duty-bound to get involved in discussions about sustainability, peace, diversity, equality and inclusion, and other pressing matters,” Nadong said. “We are seeing a creative industry arming itself for that, rebuilding itself towards the goal.”
FCB Manila Chief Executive Officer Lizette V. Santos expressed confidence in the kind of leadership that Nadong brings to the table. “Through Jenny’s unique vision, energy and talent, I am very sure that FCB Manila will soar to the heights that we are dreaming of. Our goals for FCB Manila in the future are set and we are excited to be guided by Jenny as we move forward,” Santos said.
Being part of the current Creative Guild of the Philippines board, Nadong sees a rekindling of the community “that transcends disciplines, crossing barriers, hurdling known limitations in order to arrive at meaning and to inspire meaning.”
Prior to joining FCB Manila, Nadong started her career at Lowe and was at the creative helm of agencies such as Crush, Saatchi, VMLY&R and Evident.
