LIPAD, responsible for the operations and maintenance of CRK, comprises experienced members such as Filinvest Development Corporation, JG Summit Holdings Inc., Philippine Airport Ground Support Solutions Inc., and Changi Airports Philippines (I) Pte. Ltd. The goal of the project is to replace manual transaction recording, primarily done through traditional operations, with an automated system to improve efficiency and decision-making.

and real estate leasing operations. Adopting fit-to-standard best practices increases efficiency of LIPAD’s transaction management and reporting.
