Following the successful completion of its inaugural classroom in Dumanjug, Cebu last October 2023, Megaworld Lifestyle Malls, in collaboration with HOPE, a prominent impact organization dedicated to social and environmental initiatives, is undertaking its second transformative project. The premier lifestyle mall is now in the process of constructing, together with HOPE, a second classroom, this time for the benefit of Katutubo Village Elementary School in Porac, Pampanga on March 7, 2024.

Individuals are empowered through this joint sustainable effort with HOPE to contribute to building a brighter future for the younger generation through the purchase of bottled water. This initiative specifically aids students whose educational environments have been negatively impacted by poverty, calamities, or inadequate learning spaces.

Katutubo Village Elementary School suffered significant damage, forcing 219 students, with the majority belonging to the Indigenous Peoples community, to use makeshift classrooms made from lightweight materials in the aftermath of Typhoon Odette’s devastation in Porac.

Megaworld Lifestyle Malls and HOPE have selected Katutubo Village Elementary School as the site for its second classroom construction recognizing the urgent need for a secure and conducive learning environment for these students. This aims to provide a safe and inspiring space for learning while motivating the students to pursue further education.

Megaworld Lifestyle Malls actively encourages its patrons to engage in social and environmental activities through this project, thereby positively impacting a larger community for a better tomorrow. Notably, Hope in a Bottle is available at any Megaworld Lifestyle Malls properties, food halls, and dining partners.
