Nokia today announced that it has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with PLDT Enterprise, the corporate business arm of PLDT, to jointly provide 5G private wireless network solutions to businesses in the Philippines.
The partnership will help organizations across several industries, such as mining, port operations, and manufacturing to leverage 5G technology to improve operational efficiency, productivity, and customer experience. With Nokia’s leading solutions and proven expertise in 5G, PLDT Enterprise will be able to expand its service portfolio to support customers with new solutions.

Nokia’s global expertise and experience in building 5G private networks will help PLDT Enterprise support its customers. Nokia has deployed private wireless solutions for over 730 customers worldwide to date. 5G private wireless networks enable enterprises worldwide to build dedicated, secure, high-bandwidth, and ultra-low-latency networks for real-time Industry 4.0 applications.
