P.A. Alvarez Properties and Development Corporation (P.A. Properties) and Japan’s Hankyu Hanshin Properties Corp. (HHPC) officially launched Idesia Cabuyao East on April 27, 2024. This new project is part of their joint venture, P.A. Properties-Hankyu Hanshin (PAHH), and follows the successful Idesia township projects in Dasmariñas, Cabuyao, Bulacan, and Lipa.
Idesia Cabuyao East aims to redefine homeownership in Cabuyao, Laguna, offering 1,073 homes with premium amenities. “At P.A. Building on the success of the first Idesia project in Cabuyao, PAHH aims to enhance the homeowner experience, offering spaces designed for a true sense of belonging. This vision aligns with Cabuyao City’s ongoing developments, including the upcoming North-South Commuter Railway, which will improve connectivity across Metro Manila, Calamba, and Clark Field, Pampanga. Notably, two stations, Cabuyao Station (4KM away) and Banlic Staiton (5KM away) will be nearby the Idesia Cabuyao East, further enhancing its appeal as a prime residential destination.
Keiji Okamoto, HHPC Manager, Overseas Housing Division and PAHH Director, emphasized, “Our focus is on constructing new projects that are accessible to current and future transport hubs.
