Their recent certification for ISO 9001:2015 by the International Organization for Standardization, commonly known as the ISO, is only given to organizations that demonstrate excellence in delivering quality products or services to their public.
The journey to ISO certification began with a meticulous assessment, starting with Stage 1 on November 8, 2023, and concluding with the final audit on December 1, 2023. Remarkably, the Angat Buhay team dedicated an entire year to thorough preparation for the audit. The ISO recommendation, received in December, paved the way for the organization to solidify its commitment to excellence in systems, procedures, and standards. This certification reaffirms Angat Buhay’s dedication to providing the highest quality service to the public.
An ISO Certification is a badge of honor for any business, and rightly so. A certification body is chosen to assess if an organization follows standards developed by the ISO, and based on the certification body’s final conclusion, the organization may or may not be recommended to the ISO for certification.
