April is a memorable month for RLC Residences, as the residential division of real estate giant Robinsons Land recorded three construction achievements for Sierra Valley Gardens, Mantawi Residences, and Woodsville Crest.

The first two buildings of Sierra Valley Gardens and Woodsville Crest held their topping-off ceremonies, marking the milestone of reaching their top floors. Meanwhile, Mantawi Residences held a groundbreaking ceremony which marked the start of the property’s construction in one of the most strategic locations in Cebu.
