Almost every corner of City of Dreams Manila becomes a vibrant musical stage with the launch of “Sounds of the City”, where various musical genres elevate the entertainment and dining experience at the integrated resort.

Besides CenterPlay, the property’s well-loved hotel restaurants and lobbies, become sites of musical enjoyment with local artists bringing in a new vibe. “Sounds of the City” aptly positions the integrated resort as the entertainment district for live music in Paranaque’s Aseana and Entertainment City.

Nüwa Manila

The mellow sounds of a harp fill the elegant lobby of Nüwa Manila on late afternoons from Monday to Thursday, as part of City of Dreams Manila’s newly launched “Sounds of the City”.

The soothing and graceful music of a harpist welcomes guests at the hotel lobby from Monday to Thursday, 5:30 to 8 pm, setting the mood for refined evenings.

At Haliya, just off the lobby, an acoustic duo performs timeless serenades and ballads, inspired by the soulful tunes of Filipino harana. Happening from Friday to Sunday, 6 to 10 pm, the modern-day harana sessions charm guests as they partake of reimagined Filipino cuisine.

Breezes’ outdoor dining next to the hotel’s luxurious pool, sets the ideal tone of laidback bossa nova and samba rhythms that enliven the mood from Friday to Sunday, 5 to 8 pm as diners enjoy Western and Asian menu choices complemented by an extensive selection of spirits.

Nobu Hotel Manila

At the hip Manila outpost of the world-renowned restaurant of Chef Nobu Matsuhisa, entrancing DJ tracks match the posh and stylish yet relaxed vibe at Nobu Manila from Thursday to Saturday, 7 to 10 pm, as diners relish the globally recognized new-style Japanese cuisine of the celebrity chef.

Wave — the hotel’s contemporary poolside deck restaurant offering all-time favorite casual dishes, refreshing beverages and tropical cocktails — transforms into a hip night spot, with an acoustic sundown session featuring a duo from Friday to Sunday, 6 to 9 pm.

At The Lounge at Hyatt Regency Manila, “Sounds of the City” brings soothing live jazz renditions of all-time favorite songs to serenade guests during cocktail hours on weekdays.

Hyatt Regency Manila

Every Saturday and Sunday at The Café at Hyatt Regency Manila, a live performance of hit songs through the decades by an acoustic trio from 7 to 10 pm elevates diners’ mood as they feast on the lavish spread of Asian and Western fare, replete with free flowing red and white house wines, local draft beer, and other refreshments.

On weekdays, from 5:30 to 8:30 pm, The Lounge adjacent to the Hyatt Regency hotel lobby, highlights a sultry female vocalist accompanied by a jazz musician. The soothing jazz renditions of popular songs, along with a selection of sandwiches and snacks, premium wine, tea, and coffee make this lounge an ideal spot to unwind after a workday.

CenterPlay

At the center of the gaming floor, CenterPlay continues to delight guests daily from 6 pm to 2 am, with trendy and contemporary music by live bands and DJs. On the last Thursday of the month, the cool snack and cocktail lounge draws a huge following with a live concert from top OPM (Original Pilipino Music) artists, entertaining guests while they savor light meals, signature cocktail concoctions, beers, wines, and other beverages.
