Chef Kim Sungbae, a native of Korea, brings a wealth of international experience and a unique culinary perspective to The Bellevue Manila. His impressive career includes serving as the Executive Chef at the Korean Embassy, where he distinguished himself with his mastery of Korean cuisine. Chef Kim’s culinary journey has taken him across Southeast Asia, holding leadership roles in prestigious establishments such as City of Dreams Manila, JW Marriott in Hanoi, Vietnam, and Resorts World Manila. His extensive experience in diverse culinary environments has equipped him with the skills to create innovative dishes that blend traditional flavors with modern techniques, ensuring an exceptional dining experience for guests.
