Kicking off the new year, the country’s leading B2B ordering and store solution platform, Growsari Enterprise has recently unleashed a separate logistic business unit specializing in downstream distribution logistics, Tranko.
Tranko aims to bridge the gap for FMCG companies and other businesses looking to extend their reach into far flung areas, including sari-sari stores and MSMEs in the country. It also has a point-to-many (P2M) dimension for businesses, allowing them to effortlessly cross-dock products at designated warehouses, subsequently entrusting Tranko with the seamless delivery process. This will allow FMCG companies and other businesses to access affordable logistics, as Tranko provides cost-efficient trucking and warehousing solutions at a lower cost compared to industry benchmark.
Last year, Growsari Enterprise successfully launched two other business units led by industry leaders. Sarimart, with MaiMai Madrid-Punzalan leading the charge, is mandated to be the country’s largest B2B Ecommerce wholesaler for neighborhood MSMEs. On the other hand, Sandeep Bhalla leads Saripay, a financial services company which aims to support the MSME network with working capital loans, cash management, remittances and similar products. Along with these units, Tranko, headed by another industry leader, Karan Bhaskar, will operate independently from Growsari’s platform, partnering with other offline and online players.
