A Culinary Journey Through Spain
From the sun-drenched coasts of Valencia to the rustic charm of Castilla y León, the menu showcases Spain’s rich heritage. Guests can indulge (buffet-style) in authentic specialties such as Paella Valenciana, Zarzuela de Mariscos and Cocido Madrileño. The evening begins with a tapas bar, featuring Croquettas, Tortilla Española, Boquerones on Toast, and Grilled Octopus Skewer Shots, setting the stage for a night of vibrant flavors.
Guests will delight in a Spanish Oyster Bar, offering Ostras Frescas, Ostras Tomaca, and Ostras con Ajo, alongside a selection of Mariscos Crudos en el Hielo. The Paella Station will feature Spain’s most beloved rice dishes, including the tasty Paella Negra, the comforting Paella Valenciana, and the seafood-laden Paella de Marisco.
The Carving Station will present Cochinillo and Pavo al Horno, complemented by house-made Salsa Verde and Vino Roja Sauce. Guests can also savor classic Spanish mains like Callos con Cetas and Pisto (Spanish-style ratatouille).
The evening will conclude on a sweet note with Churros con Chocolate, Flan Español, and the famous “Tarta de Queso” Basque Cheesecake, alongside an ice cream station featuring Mantecado, Chocolate, and Sorbete de Naranja.
