In celebration of National Teachers’ Month, AirAsia Philippines is paying tribute to the country’s educators by rolling out a dedicated check-in lane at the Ninoy Aquino International Airport (NAIA) Terminal 2.

From October 1 to 10, 2025, teachers traveling with AirAsia may proceed to Counter 23 at NAIA Terminal 2 and enjoy a faster, more convenient airport experience by simply presenting their Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) license.

This initiative is AirAsia Philippines’ way of recognizing the invaluable contribution of teachers and ensuring they feel appreciated on this special day.

As an added gesture of gratitude, teachers flying on October 5, World Teachers’ Day, will receive exclusive AirAsia Santan merchandise to make their travel experience even more memorable.

“At AirAsia Philippines, we deeply value our educators. Behind their hard work and perseverance, we recognize their need for well-deserved breaks—whether for a visit to loved ones, relaxation at leisure destinations or simply a mental health break. This initiative is our way of ensuring that their journey with AirAsia is not only convenient but truly purposeful and memorable,” AirAsia Philippines President and CEO Capt Suresh Bangah.

Alongside the celebration of Teacher’s Month, AirAsia is offering Php118 one way base fare from Cebu to Macau, a vibrant destination that also serves as a convenient gateway to Hong Kong, which is only an hour away by ferry. Travelers may also book flights from Cebu to Iloilo, Macau, and more at the same starting fare, exclusive of fees and surcharges. The booking period runs from September 29 to October 12, 2025, while the travel period covers November 15, 2025 to September 14, 2026. Terms and conditions, taxes, and surcharges apply.
