As dedicated public leaders who uphold equality in their service, Former Congressman Allan Reyes and Councilor Atty. Anton Reyes are focusing their efforts on the LGBTQIA++ community in District 3, Quezon City this April 7, 2025. The pair is set to guest in a Facebook Live session to address the community’s concerns and share their future plans to further push for meaningful and inclusive development in the district.
The Reyes tandem will be joined by host Khaki Bernardo, a theatre actress, UP Babaylan alumni, and queer activist. During the Live, a variety of pressing topics related to the community will be discussed in conjunction with the pair’s main advocacies, or what they’ve dubbed as the four pillars of growth: education, infrastructure, jobs and businesses, and health and financial assistance. With this, viewers can expect their questions on gender expression in schools, healthcare policies for same sex couples, workplace discrimination, communal safe spaces, and the like to be answered.

In true rainbow spirit, the Live event will also feature the two playing a fun yet informative trivia game that will allow both of them and the viewers to learn more about the sector. More importantly, to guarantee that the community’s voice is truly heard, the session will also open a question and answer segment so audiences can voice out their questions or share their real-life experiences and struggles.
Hinging on their core message of #YESnaALL, Congressman Allan and Atty. Anton have long operated on the promise to serve all their constituents equally and fairly, including the LGBTQIA++ sector. During his previous terms, Congressman Allan has co-introduced the SOGIE Equality Ordinance, pushed for gender neutral bathrooms, promoted equal employment opportunities for members of the community, and continuously offered financial support for LGBTQIA++ organizations. Meanwhile, Atty. Anton has supported queer-centric events and helped create safe public spaces for the community, which feature rainbow benches and trash cans.
In their pursuit to ensure that the third district of Quezon City is a safe place for every queer individual to live their lives with dignity, join them this April 7, 2025 at 8 PM live on the YES NA YES kay Allan Reyes! Facebook page.
