Life has a way of testing us, pushing us to our limits, and forcing us to rise above our circumstances. My journey—filled with challenges, heartbreak, and near-death experiences—has been a testament to resilience, faith, and determination. Despite countless setbacks, I turned obstacles into stepping stones toward success.

The Beginning: A Struggle for Education and Stability

My name is Angelica Sinambal, and my story is one of perseverance. Like many young dreamers, I pursued higher education, but due to financial difficulties, I had to put my college degree on hold. Determined to support myself and my family, I took a leap of faith and went abroad, landing my first job as a bartender in Oman. It was tough being away from home at such a young age, but I knew that sacrifices had to be made for a better future.

After a year in Oman, I set my sights on Dubai, a land of opportunity. Over the next 12 years, I worked tirelessly in different industries, taking on various roles. Each experience molded me into a stronger and wiser individual, teaching me the value of resilience and hard work.

Love, Betrayal, and the Hardest Battle

In 2016, I believed I had found love. I married an Arab man, hoping to build a life together. However, this turned out to be one of the most painful chapters of my life. After having a child, my husband abandoned us, leaving me to fend for myself and my baby.

Survival became my only priority. I worked day and night, sometimes pulling 24-hour shifts just to make ends meet. The struggle was unbearable, but my child gave me the strength to push forward.

Eventually, I landed a job on a cruise line—my last job in Dubai before deciding to return to the Philippines for good in 2020.

Building a Business, Facing a Pandemic, and Fighting for My Life

Back in the Philippines, I ventured into business, investing in a water station and a car rental service. Things were looking up—until the COVID-19 pandemic hit. My businesses suffered, just like many others, and financial struggles loomed once again.

As if that wasn’t enough, I contracted COVID-19 and nearly lost my life. It was the darkest moment, but by God’s mercy, I survived. That experience gave me a new perspective—one that made me rethink my approach to earning and securing my future.

A New Path: The Rise of Online Business

With the world on lockdown, I could no longer rely on traditional businesses. I knew I had to adapt. That’s when I turned to online marketing and online trading. I studied tirelessly, learning the ins and outs of the digital world.

Through perseverance, I mastered both online marketing and trading, and for the first time in years, I became financially stable without having to work long, exhausting hours.

The Present: Expanding and Thriving

Now that the pandemic is over, I have reignited my passion for entrepreneurship, running both traditional and online businesses. I continue to grow, improve, and expand, ensuring that I never go back to the financial struggles of my past.

My journey has been filled with ups and downs, but every struggle made me who I am today. From being a college dropout to working abroad, from being abandoned to nearly dying, I fought my way back up.

If there’s one lesson my journey has taught me, it’s this:

Never give up. Adapt, learn, and keep moving forward. Success is not about how many times you fall, but how many times you rise.
