On July 1, the Society of Philippine Entertainment Editors (SPEEd) announced the list of nominees for the 8th EDDYS, honoring the outstanding achievements of actors, filmmakers, producers, and creatives who have significantly contributed to the local entertainment industry.
CreaZion Studios, UXS, and Kapitol Films’ Isang Himala—which premiered at the 2025 Metro Manila Film Festival (MMFF) and earned accolades including Fourth Best Picture, Special Jury Prize, Best Supporting Actress for Kakki Teodoro, Best Original Theme Song, and Best Musical Score by Vincent de Jesus—garnered a total of seven nominations at this year’s EDDYS.
Isang Himala was nominated in the following categories:
- Best Picture
- Best Director
- Best Screenplay (Ricky Lee, Pepe Diokno)
- Best Supporting Actress (Kakki Teodoro)
- Best Musical Score (Vincent de Jesus)
- Best Original Theme Song
- Best Sound
