This June, DreamPlay by DreamWorks at City of Dreams Manila celebrates a decade of advocating the “learn, play, and create” concept through exploring the world of DreamWorks animation. To mark the milestone, the world’s first DreamWorks-inspired family entertainment center and the first-of-its-kind indoor, interactive play and creativity center is rolling out a month-long calendar of events filled with thrilling activities, fun treats, and exciting prizes.
Viking Adventure Pass
This month, DreamPlay invites families to embark on a legendary Viking adventure and delve into the world of “How to Train Your Dragon”, a live action movie which debuts in theaters in mid-June. With a Viking Adventure Pass, which is offered at P2,999 until June 29, pass holders enjoy an all-day participating pass to the 12 attractions, skip-the-queue privileges, and access to How to Train Your Dragon-themed face or hand painting activity. They are also entitled to one How to Train Your Dragon-themed 6R-sized photo memorabilia, one 12 oz. chocolate milkshake, and DIY Vikings-inspired tumbler and necklace kit.
10th Anniversary Festivities
The highlight of DreamPlay’s June festivities is on June 12, where a Viking Costume Contest at 1:30 pm will be open to participating pass holders. The three participants wearing the best How to Train Your Dragon Viking costumes will win exciting prizes consisting of five lunch buffet vouchers at The Café at Hyatt Regency Manila and a Toothless plush toy for the first prize winner, and How to Train Your Dragon loot bag for the two other winners, with an additional Hiccup figurine for the second prize winner. Registration for the Viking cosplay competition starts at 11:30 am.
The excitement builds up with an all-star character parade and performance inside the play space. As an added treat for that day, participating pass holders are entitled to one magnetic photo as souvenir.
Social Media Dance Challenge
Dance enthusiasts are invited to step into the spotlight and join DreamPlay’s social media dance challenge by recreating the DreamWorks characters’ dance routine for a chance to win a lunch buffet for five at Hyatt Regency Manila’s The Café. Interested participants must record their own version of the dance routine performed by DreamWorks characters and post their video together with the provided hashtags on either Facebook, Instagram, or TikTok. The DreamWorks characters’ dance routine and competition’s official hashtags are posted on DreamPlay’s Facebook page. The winner will be announced on June 12.
June Birthday Promotion
As an added treat for June birthday celebrants, DreamPlay is offering them one free participating pass when accompanied by two participating pass holders, from June 1 to 29, 2025, on the days DreamPlay is open. Proof of birth date must be presented to obtain the free pass, which is valid only on the day it is issued.
Following 10 exemplary years of inspiring “learning through play”, DreamPlay is poised to continue bringing the world of DreamWorks animation to life through latest digital technologies and various attractions spread across its 5,000 square-meter space.
