OPM legends, the Eraserheads, are set to fire up the stage at this year’s Eraserheads: Electric Fun Music Festival with a 2-hour headline set, happening on October 18, 2025, at SMDC Festival Grounds.
Fans and festivalgoers can expect a full-length set filled with timeless hits, crowd favorites, and deep cuts from a night of music. The renowned Original Pinoy Music (OPM) band is also expected to make the live debut of “Get This Love Thing Down” as one of the major highlights of the festival’s maiden edition.
Apart from the headline act, numerous local artists will also be sharing the stage, including “The Itchyworms,” “Moonstar88,” “IMAGO,” “General Luna,” “Dong Abay Music Organization,” and many more.
First live performance of “Get This Love Thing Down”
For the first time ever, the band will perform “Get This Love Thing Down” live, which was teased during the closing credits of Eraserheads: Combo On The Run, the acclaimed 2025 film that opened in nearly 200 cinemas nationwide.
“I’m excited for our new and longtime fans to hear what we came up with,” shares Ely Buendia, the band’s frontman and principal songwriter. “We’ve each grown to different phases and explored different sounds, but this song reflects where we are now—emotionally, musically, and spiritually.”
