Get ahead faster with FWD Philippines’ Fast Lane two-pay plan

FWD Life Insurance (FWD Philippines) launches FWD Fast Lane, its first two-pay investment-linked insurance plan that offers a faster path to lifelong protection and financial growth.

“Filipinos deserve financial success. They deserve a plan that keeps up with them. Whether they’re advancing in their careers, growing their businesses, or building their investment portfolio, they need a protection plan that moves at their pace,” said FWD Philippines President and CEO, Soon Liang Lau. “We are committed to nation-building and protecting more Filipinos by offering relevant products so they can choose the right plan that fits their needs, allowing them to celebrate living as they build their best future.”

This new offering from FWD is strategically timed, aligning with the country’s positive economic momentum. The Philippines is expecting a robust 5.6% to 6% GDP growth heading into 2026, coupled with low inflation and a strong labor market.

Despite the favorable climate, most Filipinos still lack life and financial protection. Traditional regular-pay plans often entail a prolonged investment period of five or ten years, however with single-pay plans, policyholders get a quicker and more straightforward investment growth, albeit requiring a bigger upfront payment.

FWD Fast Lane merges the key advantages of regular pay and single-pay investment-linked products, enabling policyholders to maximize their value with a minimum premium of PHP 200,000 per year and secure life coverage starting at 5x of your annual premium.

The plan stands out in the market as the only two-pay investment-linked policy to offer a Start-Up Bonus equivalent to 20% of the basic annual premium, which is invested into accounts to give their chosen fund value an early boost. It also includes a Loyalty Bonus and an Investment Protector Bonus, which doubles the Loyalty Bonus if the Philippine Stock Exchange Composite Index (PSEi) dips below its value from five years ago.

Policyholders can also enjoy quarterly payouts if they choose Velocity and Nitro Global Payout funds, previously only available to single-pay plans.

Easing market conditions provides a good opportunity to secure accelerated lifelong protection with FWD Fast Lane.
