HP Philippines unveiled a strategic roadmap to drive growth and elevate experiences for the Filipino workforce, consumers and the broader tech industry. This includes delivering a comprehensive ecosystem of solutions under One HP – Personal Systems, Print, Services & Solutions portfolio, which were highlighted at HP Day, an annual showcase of HP’s innovations. This year’s event discussed how AI-powered solutions can be made more meaningful, accessible, and relevant to everyday needs of Filipinos.

Businesses and the workforce in the Philippines are showing strong enthusiasm for embracing AI. According to a recent study by PwC, 88% of business leaders expect AI to be systematically integrated into their business processes and workflows over the next three years. As AI tools become more integrated into work tasks and learning, Filipino professionals are increasingly open to adopting technologies that support smarter, more efficient working methods. Paired with an increasingly digital-savvy workforce, there is growing demand for intuitive, high-performing solutions that empower people to work and play seamlessly anytime, anywhere.

Ida Evina Ong-Co, HP Philippines Managing Director, shares how HP is redefining the future of work.

“At HP, we believe technology should adapt to people, not the other way around,” said Ida Evina Ong-Co, Managing Director of HP Philippines. “With our One HP strategy, we’re bringing together our full portfolio, from AI-powered PCs to peripherals like Poly and HyperX, and solutions built for the hybrid world, into one unified ecosystem. The goal is to deliver a better-together experience where devices, software, and services connect seamlessly to simplify workflows and enrich lives.”

Human-Centered Innovation Powering the Future of Work

At HP Day 2025, HP shared the company’s future-focused strategy for the Philippines, setting its sights on leading the Future of Work. Through cutting-edge AI innovations across its portfolio, HP is well-positioned to help the Filipino workforce take advantage of the latest technologies, so work doesn’t feel like work.
HP is leveraging the power of AI to enhance productivity and streamline workflows, such as the seamless integration offered by One HP, an unmatched ecosystem of software, devices, and services that delivers higher efficiency, productivity, and security. From powerful laptops designed for productivity to programs and tools built to support modern workplaces and schools, each innovation on display showed how HP is prioritizing ease of use, adaptability, and purpose in the user experience.

HP Southeast Asia Managing Director Kong Meng Koh shares insights on the evolving future of work, emphasizing how intentional innovation and hybrid-ready technologies are reshaping workplace productivity.

“A better user experience empowers employees to be more engaged, and that engagement leads to stronger, healthier relationships with their work,” said Koh Kong Meng, Managing Director for Southeast Asia, HP Inc. “Over the past few years, we’ve been building our Future of Work strategy to do just that: enable people to thrive by delivering tools that support productivity, well-being, and deeper connection in the workplace.”

Introducing the Future of AI-Powered Experiences, Designed for Filipinos

Attendees experienced HP’s latest innovations up close, exploring devices designed for modern workflows, blending performance, efficiency, and thoughtful design.

Attendees at HP Day 2025 experienced firsthand the next generation of AI-powered PCs and software, designed to make computing more personal, secure, and productive. Among the standout innovations was HP’s deepened focus on AI tools that simplify the way people work. Whether it’s automating repetitive tasks or offering timely, intelligent support, these new features reflect HP’s drive to embed purposeful AI into everyday experiences.

Scan AI, an intelligent document-handling solution, uses generative AI to automatically scan, summarize, and prepare documents for sharing, eliminating the need to manually rename files or draft cover emails. It also includes automatic redaction features, helping protect sensitive information without relying on cloud-based tools. This makes it especially useful for professionals, small businesses, and educators managing high volumes of paperwork.

Designed to support everyday productivity, the HP AI Companion is available on next-generation HP AI PCs—prioritizing secure, user-centric privacy at every step. It offers two modes: On-Device Mode, which enables offline use and keeps files and queries entirely on the PC; and Cloud Mode, which taps into more powerful processing for deeper, real-time assistance. Users can ask questions, summarize or compare documents, and adjust PC settings through a single interface. Features like private document libraries and contextual prompts from screenshots show how AI can assist without feeling intrusive. By combining local and cloud processing, the AI Companion provides a flexible experience tailored to varied work styles and security needs, making it a practical tool for professionals navigating hybrid and digital-first environments.

HP Day marked a pivotal moment in HP’s journey in the Philippines, reaffirming its dedication to delivering technology that not only leads in innovation but also genuinely connects with the needs of Filipino users. By combining cutting-edge devices with AI-powered tools designed to simplify, secure, and enrich everyday experiences, HP is shaping a future where technology feels intuitive, empowering, and deeply personal.
