Hosted by Luane Dy Gonzalez, the event also invited the Philippine Society of Sleep Medicine (PSSM), an organization composed of licensed and experienced sleep specialists in the country, along with celebrity guests Sam YG, Janeena Chan, Bigboy Cheng and Donny Pangilinan at Mega Fashion Hall in SM Megamall.
During the expert talk segment, Dr. Jimmy Chang, Vice President of PSSM, emphasized the importance of sleep health and shared practical tips for good sleep hygiene.
