This expansion marks a significant step towards creating a dynamic ecosystem that blends work, learning, and networking for modern professionals.

Organized last March 22, 2025, the event gathered over 70 attendees from diverse groups including entrepreneurs, clients, coaches, Ala Eh! Freelancers, and business coach Myrna Natividad (Mommy Negosyo). Among the attendees also included Paul Familara, the CEO of Innovative Marketing, Prima Carne, and the Chairman of the New Zealand Philippines Business Council and Jojo Ampeloquio, the CEO of Talent Marketers Inc. and Amplifyd PH.

Founded by Dennis Hilario and Leslie Mabilangan, with Mabilangan spearheading the event’s opening, the new location of The Playground PH goes beyond providing a desk and internet. Its latest feature includes offering workshops and coaching programs to help freelancers and entrepreneurs to advance in chosen industries. It is built with a strong belief of building a community, creativity, and processes on continuous learning.

The holistic approach focuses on providing quality hubs for professionals and event students alike, its services range from ₱100.00 to ₱500.00 per hour, depending on the desired area that one wishes to utilize. It also features a café to meet the food and beverages needs of its clients. The approach of The Playground PH also extends beyond its hubs, as it also offers coaching, webinars, and workshops which offers a hybrid approach to learning across the Philippines. Every session is readily available for booking via its website.

The programs and services are designed to help freelancers, startups, business owners, and digital entrepreneurs to scale businesses and develop the essential skills in sales, marketing, operations, and finance.

“Our mission is to create an ecosystem where entrepreneurs can not only find the tools they need to succeed, but also build a supportive community where they can collaborate with their fellow experts,” Dennis Hilario explained. “Our goal is to ensure that business education is accessible through free content, podcasts, structured online courses, and interactive workshops. The Playground PH would like to extend coaching-as-a-service subscription models to those whose vision is to scale up their products and services in the industry.”

Professionals can explore its podcast called the Digital Transformation Academy which covers business processes and technology, the Wealth Building Journey focused on investment strategies and financial growth, and Nourish to Flourish PH, offering a holistic approach to health and nutrition. Additionally, coaching sessions are also available specializing in finance, human resources, and digital marketing.

As the brand grows, it also aims to introduce exclusive perks through partnerships with industry leaders and other organizations. These will include discounts on business tools, access to premium learning content, and networking opportunities with seasoned professionals. By building strategic alliances, The Playground PH will continue to add value to its community and create a dynamic ecosystem for entrepreneurs to succeed.

“We envision a future where The Playground PH becomes an integral support for entrepreneurs across the Philippines,” Leslie Mabilangan said. “Our vision is to offer a combination of high-impact learning, personalized mentorship, and a vibrant community. Learning should be flexible, relevant, and immediately actionable for the next generation of Filipino entrepreneurs after all.”
