Vista Land Kicks Off First Leg of Lifescapes Expo 2025: A Three-Day Showcase of Modern Residential Developments in Luzon

Vista Land officially launched Lifescapes Expo2025 at Vista Mall Taguig from October 10 to 12, 2025, marking a milestone in real estate innovation, connection, and opportunity. Formally opened by Villar Group Chairman Manny B. Villar, the event brought together Vista Land executives and its housing brands Camella, Vista Residences, Vista Manors, and Lessandra to present a nationwide showcase of residential developments redefining the modern Filipino way of life.

A digital gateway to discovery

Following the ribbon-cutting ceremony, guests embarked on a booth tour guided by the digital passport, an event companion that allowed guests to check in across housing brands and event partners. Designed to enhance engagement, it encouraged homebuyers and stakeholders to explore the breadth of Vista Land’s residential portfolio while earning exclusive experiences along the way.

Complementing his insights on real estate investment were presentations from AllBank, BDO, ChinaBank, RCBC, and UnionBank, each offering financing options tailored to guests’ homeownership objectives.

Innovative housing solutions

Marketing representatives from the housing brands took the stage to unveil their latest residential offerings across North and Central Luzon, Metro Manila, and South Luzon. Interactive displays showcased living spaces designed for students, young professionals, growing families, and multigenerational households investing in community living. Design Director IDr. Doris Dy also provided tips and techniques for designing interiors in Vista Land residential developments. Event partner Coffee Project also gave away free hot and iced handcrafted beverages to guests throughout the event.
