
Choosing where to book for Valentine’s? Sicilian Roast is offering Valentine’s specials built around seafood, premium steaks, and a new dessert created for the occasion.
To start the evening, diners may order Scampas alla Siciliana, featuring tiger prawns cooked with garlic and white wine, finished with salsa verde and prawn-infused oil. Served with toasted bread, it’s a well-balanced opening dish that sets the pace for a longer dinner.
For mains, the focus is on steaks suited for a proper sit-down date night. Diners may choose from Ito Ranch Matsusaka Striploin, Kobe Takami Beef Ribeye, and Ito Ranch Matsusaka Picanha, all cooked to preferred doneness. Each steak order is inclusive of two glasses of Cap Royale red wine, making it an easy pairing for couples planning to linger over dinner.
To end the meal, Sicilian Roast introduces a Valentine’s-only dessert, Brioche con Gelato. Freshly baked house brioche is paired with the restaurant’s signature olive oil gelato, finished with Biscoff crumble, lemon zest, and Maldon salt—light, balanced, and meant to close the evening on a sweet note.
