Historic milestone marks first major step toward groundbreaking of KaJuan Multipurpose Center on Gen4Juan’s 1st Anniversary
Gen4Juan officially marked a historic milestone with the signing of a Usufruct Agreement with the Municipality of Magallanes, Cavite, paving the way for the construction of the KaJuan Multipurpose Center, an inclusive community hub designed to empower youth, support families, and uplift communities.
The signing represents the first major step toward the groundbreaking ceremony scheduled on April 25, 2026, which will coincide with the 1st Anniversary of Gen4Juan, symbolizing the organization’s rapid transformation from vision to tangible impact within its first year.
“This Usufruct Agreement is more than a legal document, it is the foundation of a legacy,” said Peter Pardo, Chairman and Executive Director of Gen4Juan. “It marks the beginning of a permanent space where dreams will be nurtured, opportunities will be created, and communities will be strengthened.”
According to Adrian Reyes, Gen4Juan’s Vice Chairman, the KaJuan Multipurpose Center will serve as a venue for skills training, community programs, youth development initiatives, elderly support activities, environmental programs, and various civic and educational engagements. It will reflect Gen4Juan’s four core pillars: Youth Empowerment, Care for the Elderly, Environmental Stewardship, and Community and Church Engagement.
The Municipality of Magallanes was carefully selected as the home of the KaJuan Center, reflecting Gen4Juan’s strong confidence in the leadership’s integrity and shared commitment to uplifting families and creating opportunities for long-term community growth.
“The local officials of the Municipality of Magallanes and our people express our gratitude to Gen4Juan for choosing to build the first KaJuan Multipurpose Center in Magallanes and we fully support this initiative, recognizing the KaJuan Center as a transformative investment in the municipality’s future.” said Magallanes Mayor Janessa Maligaya de-Ramayo.
Meanwhile, Gen4Juan Marketing Director and Overall Project Head for the KaJuan Multipurpose Center, Gel Gomez said that the groundbreaking ceremony on April 25, 2026 will formally launch construction, marking not only the physical beginning of the KaJuan Multipurpose Center but also a defining moment in Gen4Juan’s mission to serve communities and empower future generations.
“This is only the beginning,” Pardo added. “From a single idea to a permanent home for hope and opportunity, the KaJuan Center will stand as proof that when people come together with purpose, they can build something that will outlive them and continue serving others.”
