Great Place To Work® Legend Hilton beams with pride as it tops the Best Workplaces in Philippines 2026 list under the Medium Category.

Great Place To Work® ASEAN & ANZ today announced the annual Best Workplaces™ in Philippines 2026, with Synchrony Philippines (Large category), Hilton (Medium category), and Interconnected Business Process Inc. (Small category) leading this year’s rankings, setting the benchmark for high-trust, high-performance workplace cultures in the country. Alongside these top performers, a total of 55 organizations were recognized across categories for consistently redefining workplace culture through trust, flexibility, and people-first leadership.

The recognition is based on insights from over 241,000 employees representing more than 450,000 workers nationwide, making it one of the most comprehensive workplace culture studies in the Philippines, powered by the globally recognized Trust Index™ Survey.

The Philippines has a deep-rooted culture of community and bayanihan, where people are valued. Today, it stands at an exciting inflection point, with a young and dynamic workforce ready to compete globally.

“The organizations we recognize are proving that when trust is placed at the heart of a workplace, Filipino talent can lead. These organizations are setting the benchmark of trust and inclusion, which will be the foundation of business leadership for the next generation.” – General Manager of Great Place To Work® Philippines, Charles Plumley.

Rethinking Work in a Hardworking Nation

Filipinos are among the hardest-working in the region, logging over 40 hours a week on average, surpassing peers in Japan and South Korea. Yet beyond productivity, a more urgent question emerges:

Are organizations building cultures that truly support their people?

The Best Workplaces™ in the Philippines 2026 signal a clear shift. Today’s leading organizations are moving beyond traditional structures toward trust-based, flexible, and inclusive work environments that enable employees to thrive.

What Defines a Great Workplace Today

For decades, the archetype of a great job in the Philippines was stable employment in a well-known brand, predictable hours, and a visible boss in a physical office. Today’s Best Workplaces are operating on a very different template: flexible, trust-based, and increasingly borderless.

For the Best Workplaces™ list, Great Place To Work® ranks companies using a survey of over 300,000 employees that measures trust in practical terms, like whether people believe their leaders are credible, feel respected in day‑to‑day interactions, see decisions as fair, and take pride in the team around them.

This year’s Best Workplaces™ reflect a diverse mix of organizations shaping the future of work in the Philippines. Capital One Philippines, ranked second among large companies, pairs flexible work with a culture of care, seen in collaborative spaces and leadership behavior.

Smaller firms on the list are proving that you do not need a blue-chip balance sheet to compete on this front. Interconnected Business Process Inc., the top‑ranked small company, has grown from a handful of people in Pangasinan to a thriving BPO by hard‑coding values such as character, collaboration, and credibility into hiring and promotion decisions. PSB Technology Services, another small‑category winner, leans into what it calls a “FUN—Festive, Unique, and Noteworthy” culture, where leaders are visible, and recognition is frequent. For both, culture is part of the business model.

Flexibility Is Now Table Stakes, Trust Is The Differentiator

While hybrid work has become more widely adopted, the leading organizations in this year’s list stand out in how they operationalize trust.

Cisco Philippines champions “Conscious Culture,” enabling employees to speak up, experiment, and bring their full identities to work, supported by digital tools and collaborative practices across time zones.

Meanwhile, Synchrony Philippines, which claimed the number one spot on the list for large employers, has gone a step further by turning flexibility into its default operating system. Employees co-designed a hybrid model where hubs are used for collaboration and coaching, not supervision, and performance is measured on outcomes rather than seat time.

In a market where many companies are quietly walking back remote options, Cisco and Synchrony’s stance has become a powerful differentiator in attracting and keeping talent.

Hilton, the top medium-sized workplace this year, shows what a high-trust, high-performance culture looks like in an industry notorious for long hours and burnout. Teams at Conrad Manila, Hilton Manila, and Hilton Clark Sun Valley rate Hilton especially highly on three things that usually suffer in hospitality: well-being, opportunities to grow, and a sense of inclusion.

The Best Workplaces™ Philippines 2026 winners point to a new equilibrium, one where high performance is built not just on longer hours, but on deliberate investments in trust, flexibility, and long‑term employability.

The Best Workplaces™ in the Philippines list is out now. Head over to the Great Place To Work® website now and find out who made the list.

A Word From Some Of The Organizations Honored At Best Workplaces™ in The Philippines 2026

“We are grateful to be recognized by Great Place To Work® as one of the Philippines’ Best Workplaces for seven years running, which underscores our commitment to a supportive, collaborative, and high-performing environment. Our people-first culture centers on growth, well-being, and meaningful work. We listen, learn, and act, building trust and accountability so every employee has the support and opportunity to thrive.” – Gaurav Sehgal, Senior Vice President, HR, Asia Synchrony

“We are super excited to be ranked among the Philippines Best Workplaces for the fourth consecutive year! Taking part in this list is a strong validation of our efforts in continuously reassessing and improving everyone’s experience in Kollab. This award is a reminder for us to continue looking for ways to improve our people-focused culture.” – Herald Uy, CEO, Kollab Herald Uy

“Being named a Best Workplace tells the world that we are living up to our name. Carelon was built on the promise of total and complete care, and that commitment shapes how we build our workplace, how we serve our partners, and how we show up for the communities around us. Over the past few years, we have grown into a global capability center defined by innovation, advanced technology, and a deep commitment to inclusion and nation-building in the Philippines.” – Nicki Agcaoili, VP & Chief Country Executive, Carelon Global Solutions Philippines

Rigorous, Employee-First Methodology

The Best Workplaces™ in Philippines 2026 list is determined using the Great Place To Work® Trust Index™ Survey, the global standard for measuring workplace culture. Rankings are based entirely on employee feedback about both the quality and consistency of their experience across an organization. Survey responses are analyzed across different demographic groups and roles, with workplaces that earn enough points becoming Great Place To Work® Certified, and the best receiving recognition on a globally recognized Best Workplaces™ List.

“One of the distinguishing factors of Great Place To Work® is that our model is built on the idea of a great place to work for all, the ideal of inclusiveness. As the Philippines builds its next-generation workforce, helping organizations scale and amplify a culture of trust, regardless of background or where people come from, is foundational.” – Evelyn Kwek, Managing Director, Great Place To Work® ASEAN & ANZ
