Interconnected Business Process Inc., the top‑ranked small company, has grown from a handful of people in Pangasinan to a thriving BPO by hard‑coding values such as character, collaboration, and credibility into hiring and promotion decisions. PSB Technology Services, another small‑category winner, leans into what it calls a “FUN—Festive, Unique, and Noteworthy” culture, where leaders are visible, and recognition is frequent.
