Yung Lee Records have just announced an exciting new musical duo formed by Gentle Bones and lullaboy called Bones & The Boy. Being two of the most promising acts in Singapore with an international audience, Gentle Bones and lullaboy have joined forces à la the birthchild of Bruno Mars & Anderson Paak‘s Silk Sonic. Fans can stream the first single from Bones & The Boy, “Good In Me“.
On “Good In Me”, lullaboy muses, “I wrote a song with Gentle Bones about finding a person who knows all of our flaws but still loves us for the goodness they see in our hearts. I hope it helps you believe that you deserve no less than a love like this.”
“Good In Me” is the first of more music to come from Bones & The Boy, who will be releasing an EP on June 24th. Creatively involving Homeground Studios for audio production and Bless7Up for video production, this project is a start-to-finish Southeast Asian music project like no other. Gentle Bones and lullaboy complement each other in their approach to pop music, bringing their individual strengths and artistry to the table. The duo’s new project is an opportunity for them both to go off the beaten track and freely create without being beholden to their own solo careers.
