Konnichiwa from M Bakery! M Bakery is opening its fourth and newest branch in Mitsukoshi Mall in BGC this March 15, 2023. Paying homage to the first Japanese mall in the Philippines, this New York City-based bakery is offering Japanese-inspired desserts exclusively available in their Mitsukoshi branch.
Baking Fresh Daily at Mitsukoshi Mall
Located at the basement food hall of Mitsukoshi Mall, M Bakery is open daily from 10:00 AM to 10:00 PM. Customers can expect the same array of mouth-watering and delectable freshly baked treats, including its world-famous banana pudding, signature cupcakes, cheesecakes, brownies, cookies, and pies that have made M Bakery a favorite destination for desserts.
Aside from these bestsellers, M Bakery has created special desserts inspired by Japanese ingredients and flavors available exclusively in their Mitsukoshi branch.
A Perfect Matcha
Green tea and cupcakes are a matcha in heaven. M Bakery’s New Matcha Cupcakes (PhP 165) is a perfect blend of earthy and sweet flavor. Bite into the fluffy and moist matcha-flavored cupcake topped with velvety smooth matcha meringue buttercream frosting and finished off with green tea powder on top.
Sakura in a Cupcake
M Bakery introduces its Cherry Blossom Cupcakes (PhP 165), just in time for the Haru Season in Japan. Each cupcake is carefully frosted and designed by their expert icers to transport you to Sakura season in Japan. Cherry Blossom Cupcakes come in either vanilla or chocolate cupcake, with vanilla buttercream frosting. Perfect when paired with M Bakery’s freshly brewed coffee. Customers can order by piece, box of 2s, 6s or 12s.
Tres Leches Gets an East Asian Twist
M Bakery puts an East Asian twist to one of its signature desserts that everyone is calling “the best Tres Leches in town.” Go bananas with M Bakery’s Banana Milk Tres Leches (PhP 295), exclusively available in their Mitsukoshi branch. This decadent treat, inspired by the banana milk craze in Japan and Korea, is made with a light and fluffy banana sponge cake, soaked in delicious homemade banana flavored milk, and then topped with whipped cream and crunchy banana chip.
New M Bakery Products This Month
M Bakery recently introduced two new products available in all their branches (BGC, Rockwell Powerplant Mall, SM Megamall, and Mitsukoshi Mall).
Indulge in their new Cookies & Cream Banana Pudding, available for the whole month of March. This featured flavor for the month has bananas, vanilla wafers, and Oreos mixed into their famous chocolate pudding. Available in different sizes: small (PhP 155), medium (PhP 305), large (PhP 395). You may also place an advance order for party bowls: small party bowl serves eight (PhP 2,200) and large party bowl serves 20 (PhP 3,250).

Light with just the right amount of sweetness, the new Oreo Milka Icebox Bar is made with Oreo cookie crust filled with cream cheese whipped with chocolate fudge icing, and then generously topped with Oreo Milka chocolate chunks.
