For our Metro Manila North-based communities, FooDee Global Concepts’ opened several beloved restaurants in the new Gateway Mall 2. As we head back to dining in again, this marks Tim Ho Wan’s 9th store, Hawker Chan’s 14th store, Pound’s 11th store, and Llaollao’s 36th store to date.
Tim Ho Wan’s 9th Store Celebration comes with a menu update!
At the recent visit by Chef Mak Kwai Pui, he enhanced the flavors of everyone’s favorites, like the barbecue pork buns. The brand team also made some chef’s specials from the previous menu a permanent part of the menu, like the Tofu Pork Floss. They will also have an in-store promo running from September 25–27. For the first 100 pesos, one can get their hands on the world-famous BBQ Pork Bun for only 9 pesos. Only one purchase is allowed per person.
Hawker Chan’s Soya Sauce Chicken and Buchi are must-try’s at Gateway Mall 2!
Hawker Chan’s Soy Sauce Chicken got tastier and more tender. The Soya Sauce Chicken uses freshly slaughtered chicken—never frozen—and is slowly poached at the master broth from Singapore. Making this renowned chicken dish even more packed with umami goodness! Everyone also gets to try the underrated and oh-so-good Peanut Buchi. Apart from that, Hawker Chan’s Merienda Bowls and Platefulls were also launched. These new menu offerings cater to individuals who are looking for affordable combo meals without breaking the bank. Merienda Bowls are only available from Monday to Friday, 2 p.m.–5 p.m.

At Pound’s 11th, guests experienced a sneak peek into the spiciest challenge in town!
For their 11th branch, the Pound Team gave us a sneak peek into their Spicy Wings Challenge, in collaboration with the Philippine Hot Sauce Club. As an added store opening treat, they’re letting their customers pay whatever they want on their second burger from September 26 to 28. Make sure you drop by their Gateway 2 branch for these exclusive dining experiences.

As the FooDee Tour ended, everyone was also treated to Llaollao Yogurts. The guests were also encouraged to make their own mixes and enjoy them to their hearts content. These milestones for FooDee Global Concepts signal that there are more things to come before the end of the year! Celebrity guests like Joj and Jai Agpangan enjoyed their very own sanums as well.
