With the ultimate goal of championing the hard work of the delivery heroes and recognizing its loyal customers, Seattle’s Best Coffee Philippines was recently awarded the Best Delivery Initiative during the highly regarded QSR Media Tabsquare Awards 2024 held at Furama Riverfront in Singapore.
QSR Media is the premier source of news and information dedicated to Asia’s quick-serve, fast-casual, and chain restaurant industries. Now in its fifth year, the annual event holds a conference that gathers the top restaurant leaders, subject matter experts, and analysts in Asia to discuss the most important issues and developments surrounding the industry. It then concludes with the QSR Media Asia Awards, which was open to all multi-site fast food and fast-casual restaurants in Asia.
Seattle’s Best Coffee bagged the Best Delivery Initiative for its campaign in collaboration with Grabfood featuring its crowd-favorite iced beverage, the Iced White Chocolate Mocha. Grabfood is the Philippines’ leading & fastest food delivery service with several restaurants & chains offering dishes, cuisines, and treats most easily and quickly possible.
With the growing demand for delivery, the delivery riders, or as the brand coined, the Delivery Champions, play a vital role in ensuring a smooth experience with every customer. The campaign not only shared the best coffee to each rider for free, but it also celebrated their dedication to their passion & determination to deliver excellence. This campaign became a great instrument for Seattle’s Best Coffee to salute & give thanks to the exceptional men and women behind every delivery and to put smile on the faces of every patron of the brand.
Present to receive the award were Seattle’s Best Coffee Marketing Director Lorent Adrias and Marketing Manager John Paulo Oquendo.
“We’re extremely honored to have received the Best Delivery Initiative Award from the QSR Media Tabsquare Awards. This is a testament of our team’s hard work and dedication in order to give the best service to our customers & business partners,” exclaimed Adrias.
