In support of a waste-free future, employees from Pepsi-Cola Products Philippines, Inc. (PCPPI) recently participated in the 2024 Earth Day Run at the Mall of Asia grounds in Pasay City. The said event is the country’s first eco-friendly run, as all runners were required to bring their hydration bottles to help cut down on plastic waste. Over 30 PCPPI Bravehearts from its Headquarters, National Key Accounts, Metro Operations Services, and Southern Tagalog Region Operations each completed the five-kilometer race route as part of the organization’s advocacy.
This year’s Earth Day Run was staged by Runrio Inc. and supported by the Tzu-Chi Foundation Philippines. PCPPI is the exclusive manufacturer of PepsiCo beverages in the country, with products such as Pepsi, Mountain Dew, 7Up, Mirinda, Mug, Gatorade, Sting, Tropicana, Lipton Iced Tea, Milkis, Chum Churum Soonhari, and Premier.
