With a 65% response rate, nearly 600 employees provided feedback on various aspects of their work environment. The survey revealed that a high 93% of its employees declaring that CLI is a great workplace—significantly higher than the Philippine average of 65%. And rating 95% in employee pride, with respondents declaring, “I am proud to tell others I work here.” Other standout ratings include 96% of respondents confirming “Management is competent at running the business,” while 95% expressed “People celebrate special events around here,” “When I look at what we accomplish, I feel a sense of pride,” and “When you join the company, you are made to feel welcome.”
