Once processed, passengers can expect confirmation emails for successful reimbursements. inDrive endeavors to make the process more convenient for its users once it updates the app.
Guinto added, “As part of this commitment, inDrive would like to take this opportunity and announce that we fully shoulder the mandated 20% discounts for senior citizens, PWDs, students, and national athletes/coaches, ensuring our drivers’ earnings remain unaffected. Starting December 18, 2024, eligible passengers can claim these discounts through a simple reimbursement process, with seamless support and timely processing.”
“Next year marks an exciting chapter for inDrive as we expand into new cities, bringing fair mobility to more communities and creating opportunities for drivers and passengers alike. We’re also rolling out advanced safety features to foster trust and peace of mind and introducing our Taxi Module to support taxi drivers and provide passengers with more options,” Guinto conclude
