Lenovo™ announced at the Future of Education Technology Conference® (FETC) 2025, new hardware solutions that makes it easy for students and teachers to connect, collaborate, and engage from anywhere. The latest in Lenovo Education’s portfolio includes new laptops, running Windows 11 or ChromeOS, built to help students and teachers embrace next-level digital learning, as well as take advantage of generative AI applications to boost everyday productivity. These education solutions and more were also presented at Bett 2025, where Lenovo introduced insights on AI in education and its collaboration with Ducati in STEM learning.
“Education around the world continues to evolve with the learning advancements and solutions enabled by technology,” said Stuart King, Executive Director and Global Head of Education Segment, Lenovo. “And Lenovo is responding to the needs of CTO’s, IT administrators, educators, and students for flexible, reliable devices in the classroom and digital learning scenarios, as well as systems that can leverage AI to enhance both teaching and learning.”
Featuring enhanced connectivity and added durability backed by Lenovo’s testing methods for education, Lenovo’s new laptop solutions mean teachers, students and parents can rely on innovative technology that helps them sustain the highest levels of continued learning. The comprehensive line-up of computer devices and accessories includes the Lenovo Smart Charger, Lenovo Device Intelligence for Education, Lenovo 13w 2-in-1 Gen 3 PC, as well as the Lenovo 500w, 300w, and 100w Gen 5 PCs.
Lenovo Device Intelligence for Education
Lenovo Device Intelligence (LDI) is now available for ChromeOS through a direct integration with the Google Admin Console. Staying on top of the health and maintenance of their fleets of Chromebooks can be a challenge for school IT teams, especially if budgets are constrained, staff is limited, and they have to manage entire districts. With large numbers of devices deployed, device failures can become a drag on device health, longevity, and IT resources. Using predictive, AI-enabled technology, LDI gives IT teams the tools to predict and help prevent common Chromebook health and performance problems, at scale, designed to maximize uptime and lifespan.
Through a direct integration with the Google Admin Console, LDI offers a centralized dashboard where IT teams can access fleet-wide and device-level insights; monitoring health score and failures, applications affecting performance, battery levels, storage, and more to identify critical issues across a school’s fleet. LDI identifies current issues, failures that have already occurred, and those likely to result in the future. Whenever a potential area of concern is detected, the system alerts IT with insights and recommended remediations.
Lenovo Smart Charger
Lenovo now offers a Smart Charger for Chromebooks—a sleek, compact charging solution that redefines how institutional Chromebook users stay powered. Designed to charge up to five USB-C connected devices simultaneously while offering real-time battery monitoring, the charger outperforms bulky, outdated alternatives. Perfect for education IT administrators, the slim and efficient device is built to simplify charging needs.

Lenovo at Bett 2025
The Lenovo Education team was onsite in London for Bett 2025. As Bett’s Global AI Partner, Lenovo contributed to a new report exploring AI’s transformative potential for teachers and students—The Rise of AI in Education 2024. To gain a clearer picture of AI’s current role and prospects in education, BETT commissioned YouGov to conduct a comprehensive survey of teachers across the United Kingdom. The results offer valuable information on AI implementation, its perceived benefits, and the concerns it raises among educators.
Also, during Bett 2025, Lenovo launched its new multi-year educational partnership with Ducati. Lenovo will serve as the Main Technology Partner for Ducati’s Fisica in Moto (Physics in Motion) initiative. This interactive lab, based at Ducati’s HQ in Bologna, Italy, blends physics with the brand’s motorcycle technology to inspire young minds and promote careers in STEM. With Lenovo’s powerful ThinkPad workstations and ThinkVision touch-enabled monitors, over 11,000 lab visitors each year will expand their capabilities and deepen their understanding of core concepts in physics through immersive and interactive experiences. Working together, Ducati and Lenovo will explore new ways to leverage Lenovo’s cutting-edge technology to create even more engaging and inclusive experiences for the innovators of tomorrow.
Lenovo technology experts led a series of keynote discussions and experiences about technology and education, including AI and privacy, STEM and sustainability, and the workforce of the future.
